Good job. I am having one built. Hope it works for a 17 ft kayak. My first. And my garage looks so small now!
Used in commercial and industrial applications the design you are using is called Cantilever Racking. It is most often used to store lumber or other long products like tubing. What great is that you have it on wheeles enabling you to move it around which must be very convenient.
Thanks for the design, it is great and easy to follow. I made an alteration to keep the rack at a workable height for my garage but get three kayaks on it. I put two on one side and one on the other side near the top. Thanks again.
